    :abang body!


    Congratz to my friend, Muhammad Firdaus Bin Zainal for winning 3rd in the National Bodybuilding Championships '09! He is in the Senior under 75kg catageri. Not bad, quite strong. Before the competition, he just ate brown rice, chicken meat etc. Diet katekan. All the tasteless foods, pity looking at him but sometimes main tipu jugak! hahaha. You know i know! So what's your next step fir? Sea Games? Asian Games? haha. Whatever it is, I just wana wish you luck on what you are doing now. ALL THE WAY DUDE! Make Singapore proud! Support local!!! HAHAHA!!! Oh btw he's on the right of the picture.

    Didn't do anything special for my mom today. Just an ordinary day at home. To me everyday is Mother's Day! I usually celebrate my mom birthday not Mother's Day, sometimes jer. Hope you guys enjoy your day with your mom! CHEERS~!!!
